Thank you for choosing our services. Below is our payment policy regarding hourly rate services: 1. Hourly Rate: Our standard hourly rate is £80 per hour, excluding VAT. 2. First Hour: The first hour of service will be charged at £80 per hour plus VAT. 3. Subsequent Charges: Following the initial hour, services will be billed in half-hour increments. Each half-hour will be charged at £40 plus VAT. 4. Minimum Charge: There is a minimum charge of one hour for any service provided. 5. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 6. VAT: Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to all charges at the prevailing rate. 7. Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. 8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. 9. Disputes: In case of any disputes regarding the invoice, please contact us within seven days of receiving the invoice.
